How can I get a quote for a rental car?
On the main page, enter the dates and times you wish to rent the car, the pick-up and drop-off location and the driver’s age and click on the “search” button. Get a quote for the car you are interested in.
How can I book a car?
Fill the personal details form, providing your name, country, mobile phone number and E-mail address. If you are picking up at the airport or the port, please do not forget to provide your flight number or the name of your boat and the exact arrival time. Once your booking is complete, you will receive by mail a printable voucher.
How can I calculate my rental days?
Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the vehicle pick up time. Partial days will be counted as full days.
If I return the car later than the pick-up time, will I be charged a full day?
You are allowed to return the car up to 2 hours later than the pick-up time, without being charged an extra day.
What is the minimum driver’s age?
Driver must be 21+ years old, with driver’s license held for minimum 12 months, for car groups A, B, C and 23+ years old, with 24 months driving license, for all other car groups. There is no extra charge for young drivers between 21 and 23 years old, but the rental is limited in the first three car categories (A, B and C).
Can I have more than one driver?
Up to 2 drivers per rental are included in the price. For a 3 rd driver there is an extra cost 2 euro per day.
What type of insurance is included?
All rentals include our Supreme Full Insurance with 0€ Excess. No Credit card is required as guarantee. No extra amount has to been deposited – no extra amount wil be taken from you at any case. You will be fully relieved from the responsibility of any damage caused on your car rental in Rhodes – from the very first Euro.
Our insurance covers also damages in Wheels, Underside of the car and Glass (W.U.G. Insurance).
Third-Party Insurance ( T.P.I. )
You are insured in the event of injury or destruction of third party property beyond the renter and the passengers.
Personal Αccident Ιnsurance ( P.A.I )
Personal Accident Insurance covers hospital treatment costs and, in general, all medical costs for both the driver and the occupants of the vehicle.
Car Theft Protection ( T.P. )
You are totally relieved of financial responsibility in the event of theft of the vehicle. Your personal belongings are not covered.
Fire Insurance covers the damage caused to the rental vehicle by fire, lightning strike or explosion.
Is there a prepayment or a deposit for the booking?
All rentals are paid on the spot the day of car pick-up, unless rare cases (the reservations department will demand a deposit).
Is there a cancellation fee?
No, there is no cancellation fee. However, you are required to give at least 2-days prior notice if you wish to cancel your reservation.
If my flight is delayed will I lose my reservation or pay a fine?
No, you will certainly not lose your reservation and it is preferable to inform us about the delay. In addition, there is no fine, but if service is offered out of the operating hours, due to the delay, an extra fee 15 euro will be added to the final price.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
All drivers must present a valid driver’s EU license or international license (for non-EU drivers) and a valid ID card or passport. Drivers should also have a credit card in their name.
I forgot my driving license at home. Can I still rent the car?
No, you cannot, as it is prohibited by the Greek traffic law to drive without a driver’s license. However, if there is a second driver in your group having a driver’s license you can still proceed with the rental.
Is there a mileage limit in my rental?
Each rental has unlimited mileage in Rhodes.
Can I return the car to a different location?
One-way rentals are available on request with extra charge, depending on different locations.
Can you deliver the car to my hotel?
If your hotel is located in one of areas we offer services, we will deliver the car to your hotel and you can return it there as well, by simply giving the keys to the reception. Depending on the length of the rental period and/or the distance of the hotel from our stations, extra fees might apply.
What is the fuel policy?
All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as in pick-up. In case the renter returns the car with more fuel, the price of the excess fuel will not be refunded.
Can I drive the car outside the island of Rhodes?
Transporting and driving the car outside the main island of Rhodes is not allowed.
What are the payment methods?
The rental can be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Can I rent the model I selected on the Website?
Like all car rental companies, car models are indicative only. In the reservation only the car category is confirmed and not a specific car model.
If I want to extend my rental period, what should I do?
In case of rental extension, you must notify the local station where you rented the car. All contact information will be provided the day of car pick-up by our agents. A minimum 24hour notice prior to return date is required.
Accident - Damage - Loss
What should I do in case of a breakdown or an accident?
In case of a breakdown or an accident you should contact the station where you picked up the car (all contact information will be provided the first day of the rental). You should explain the problem to our representative as clearly as possible. Help will be sent to your location as soon as possible. You should remain close to your vehicle until assistance arrives. If there is a problem that cannot be fixed on spot, a replacement vehicle will be provided.
If I lose the car key, what should I do?
In case of key loss, you should contact the local station where you picked up the car. Our agents will bring you a replacement key. Key loss is not covered by insurance, so extra charges will apply.
If I fill the tank with the wrong fuel, what should I do?
The day of car pick-up our agents will give you clear directions as to the type of fuel for your car. In case there is a mistake, please contact the local station where you picked up the car for further directions.
